Tartarus Pro primary key sticking

Hello, I have been trying new keymaps and when I bound the primary function to W with Right Alt modifier and secondary function to W (light press walk, full press run) Only the primary function would trigger, making it so I could only walk. Could this be related to the D-pad bug I've heard about? Past the 14 day mark or I'd return it. Don't like the key layout and palm rest is too big
