Tartarus pro problem

I have a problem with Tararus pro. I have been using it for a long time and I have many profiles created for this device. The last time everything worked was on 27. 12. 2025. Today I registered the following problems:
1. The programmed keys do not respond
2. The only functional device is the side joystick which works normally.

To be sure, I tried everything I could. I reset the device. I reinstalled all the Razer SW. None of the above helped.

Do you have any similar problems or recommendations to improve this situation?

I found problem. Restart did not helps. Repair of installation (reinstall) did not helps too. I install beta version of with no change. I changed USB port and device stops working. I have to remove dimmed tartarus device in Synapse. Next plug out and plug in restart installation and device is fully functional.

 

So there are some problem in Plug and Play feature implementation.
