Tartarus Pro sending new key and default key when remapped

I am trying to remap my keys to bring the WASD keys down a row from their default position.

Button 13 - W (Default key is S)

Button 17 - A (Default key is Z)

Button 18 - S (Default key is X)

Button 19 - D (Default key is C)

 

I remap them using the Keyboard Function (Key Recording) from the left-hand side of the Synapse screen.
Everything looks good. However, when i use the keypad and press w, it sends ws to the computer. When I press
a, az is sent to the computer and so on with all of the other keys.

How do I fix this?

Were you ever able to resolve this?  This same thing is happening to me, happened right after I updated to Synapse 4.  Every keybinding I add uses the new keybinding as well as the default.  For example 6-10 keys are assigned 1,2,3,4,5 instead I am getting (tab)1, q2, w3, 4e, 5r
