I have had my Tartarus Pro for around three years and I have never once had an issue. A few weeks ago it was working perfectly fine then I turned on my Xbox One S a few days later and unresponsive. It works completely fine when plugged into my laptop. It does not register at all on my Xbox, no matter the game.

Does anyone have any steps or suggestions for me to try to get the keypad to work with my Xbox again?
