Bought Tartarus Pro and the synapse 3 does not recognize it anyone know where i can download firmware/software? on support or how i can get it recognized - restarted comp, updated synapse etc. Had V2 previously and not had this problem Thanks

How does the keypad appear on the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of that.
