Tartarus Pro - Synapse 3
Bought Tartarus Pro and the synapse 3 does not recognize it anyone know where i can download firmware/software? on support or how i can get it recognized - restarted comp, updated synapse etc.
Had V2 previously and not had this problem

How does the keypad appear on the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of that.
