Tartarus v2 and ESO, new keymaps not working in game | Razer Insider

I am sure I have messed up here, but I have specific keymaps configuration I want to use with the Tartarus and Elder Scrolls Online, I am not sure how to get the new mappings to work. Please assist and thank you in advance
