Tartarus v2 and ESO, new keymaps not working in game

I am sure I have messed up here, but I have specific keymaps configuration I want to use with the Tartarus and Elder Scrolls Online, I am not sure how to get the new mappings to work. Please assist and thank you in advance

    Check the steps here to remap keys and here for macros. If that didn't work PM me so I can check for other workarounds and raise this to our Software Team if necessary. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
