Tartarus v2 Commands sticking | Razer Insider

Hello, I'm having issues with a new Tartarus V2 I recently bought for my GF and I. Both of ours are having an issue where commands will continue even after releasing the key. It happens seemingly randomly, and obviously is a major issue, causing us to wipe in dungeons because out running forward command got stuck. Please note the physical key itself isn't sticking, it comes up with no problems, I did just buy it recently. I contacted support but they were no help. Does anyone have a solution, or should I return them and find a different product? Thank you.
Do you experience key spamming without the app running in the background? I'd appreciate it if you can share screenshots of how the keybinds/macros are set up.
If i unmap the Tartarus, i can't reproduce the problem, so i highly suspect my configuration file to be bad. But i have no idea what's wrong in it... I read the Arch Wiki page about xkbcomp, but barely understood it.
I tried shutting down the app and trying it, however without my keys bound to anything, I can't do anything in game to see if it's not working. Here are pictures of my keybinds, I don't have any macro's.

UPDATE: I turned it off and tested it for another 15 minutes with just the default dpad with no issues. Because it's an intermittent problem I'm not sure if that fixes it, but without my keybinds I can't really go out and test it in a full gaming session. But when I turned it back on, it happened multiple times within the first 5 minutes. I complete uninstalled and deleted all razer files and folders from my computer, reinstalled, and the problem continued.

UPDATE: I played with it for 5 hours tonight with razer synapse turned off. I mapped my game commands to what commands on my controller could be mapped (Some things like caps lock and alt couldn't be mapped in game). I had no issues with the commands not stopping. It seems pretty clear this is a problem with Synapse.

Either Synapse is crashing and quickly rebooting itself, or a game's anti-cheat is interfering with it. I'm leaning towards the former, but send me your Application and System logs from Event Viewer so I can further isolate. I also recommend trying to recreate the problem then use this to collect Synapse logs. That way, we can cross-reference things and hopefully find what's causing the key spamming/sticking.

I will be locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
