Tartarus V2 D-Pad sticking

This seems to be an issue that has gone on for many years for many people. Why has this issue not been resolved? I just purchased a brand new Tartarus V2 thinking my previous one was dying from constant use but the issue persists. I have tried many of the suggestions from previous threads to fix this issue and none of them have fixed it. What can be done to fix this issue? I am tired of all the issues it’s causing me for my online gaming and it’s making me wonder if I need to go with another brand product.
