Tartarus V2 Key 11-15 dead

Yesterday I started my laptop found my Tartarus V2 key 11-15, left, up of the thumbstick are dead. After random clicking a bit, it worked again so I played my game till I went to sleep. Today I found these exact keys are dead again. I tried to clean reinstall Synapse and even try it on another PC. Same issue. Any suggestion for a fix? Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried connecting it to different USB ports on your laptop? This is highly likely a hardware issue. However, let's try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM. I need it to verify its model and check its warranty status.
