Yesterday I started my laptop found my Tartarus V2 key 11-15, left, up of the thumbstick are dead. After random clicking a bit, it worked again so I played my game till I went to sleep.
Today I found these exact keys are dead again. I tried to clean reinstall Synapse and even try it on another PC. Same issue.
Any suggestion for a fix? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried connecting it to different USB ports on your laptop? This is highly likely a hardware issue. However, let's try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link.
