Tartarus v2 Macros

I can create a two key macro just fine. ie. like a light attack then ability. I bind it to a key and it works for awhile then just stops and goes back to the default key. Then, I can't just rebind the key to get it to work again, I have to completely delete the macro and start over. Any thoughts from anyone on why this happens?
