Tartarus v2 PRO thumbstick not getting 100% movement

Hello,

As of today the thumbstick of my tartarus v2 pro is maxing out at about 75-80% movement in any direction, the only way I can get 100% movement is by removing the swappable hat of the stick. I tried recalibrating by using the link to game controller properties in synapse but this doesn’t work.
