I've changed some default keys to new keys/modifiers. I've saved them and the keys are displaying as green in the visual preview with the correct keys assigned. I've a single profile "Computer-Default" and and only 1 keymap "Keymap 1"
i.e.When I press the new CTRL modifier key it is still doing the original SHIFT modifier even though in synapse 3 it shows that it should be using the CRTL modifier for that key.

what am I doing wrong and how do I fix it.
