Tartarus V2 Specific Multiple Key Stroke Programming Issue

I just purchased a couple Tartarus V2 number pads and have difficulty programing specific multi key functions The way I have been programming each key is within synapses I select the specific key, Click the keyboard function and hold down the specific multi keys desired. The majority of my desired multi key stroke programing works except for the 2 specific items below. 1. When I try to program a key CTRL+SHIFT+G it keeps switching it to Shift+CTRL+G. How can I get CTRL to stay before Shift? 2. How can I program a Double Letter Key Like S+O?
