I have multiple Synapse 4 profiles for my Tartus Pro set to various applications. About two months ago all of these profiles stopped working. Regardless of the software it only uses the default keys for the Tartus Pro and not any of the key binds set up in the synapse 4.

Razer Chroma correctly changes the colors of the Tartus Pro, however they key binds have not worked in any situation. Repeatedly searched the internet for possible fixes, none suggested online have worked, many are obviously outdated. Giving up trying to fix this myself and coming here for expert advice on things that can be done to fix this and get my device to work again.
