My Tartus v2 wont let me use my custom key maps after the latest update. It says I need Synapse 4 running, which it is. I tried the repair options, I also tried a clean re-install. But nothing. I use this for both work and gamming, so this really has me in a bind as it was apart of my workflow. Any help would be appreciated. Im on windows 10 but with the most updated security features.

So after a lengthy discussion with their support team, they have decided to close my case as unresolved. They know this is an issue and will continue to try and fix it. However, I am on windows 10, and for anyone else who is using windows 10 your items will become expensive paper weights come the october update as they stop support for windows 10. This means youre devices wont be able to access the cloud and use any custom anything since most of razer’s devices dont have on board, or local system memory storage, and instead rely on an insane cloud based system. Sorry everyone.
Chiming in that this issue is still persisting for me. The thing is, if I unplug my v2 and then plug it back in, the keybindings work - for a time. And then they’ll just reset themselves to the out of box mapping regardless of what profile I have chosen in synapse.
Same thing happened to me after the September update, my Tartarus V2 D-pad just stopped responding in 4-way mode. The 8-way workaround plus re-mapped macros got me playing again while we wait for a real fix. I also did a clean Synapse reinstall with the driver cleaner and my key maps came back. Hang in there, hopefully the patch lands soon.
