Task & Start Bar delay workaround

There is an issue with some Razer products (including Huntsman mini keyboard, Razer Deathadder V2 Mouse) Problem: When you add a second/third etc. user on the same Win 10 PC, when signing in to those extra users it takes 5 minutes for the Taskbar and the Start Menu to become useable on that account. Others (thanks to you!) found a workaround to this problem. Until Razer eventually resolve this, this is the best we have. Workaround: - Unplug all non-Razer USB devices. - Go into Device Manager and then 'Human Interface Devices'. - Right-click on each of your 'HID compliant' entries and, where you have the option, choose 'Disable Device' (If you unplugged your mouse, you will need to use keyboard shortcuts to do this: Arrow keys, Tab and Enter) - Don't uninstall them. - Restart the PC. Test problem worked-around now. This is not a solution or a fix, only a workaround until Razer get this Win-10 integration issue resolved.
