I understand that your  Razer Huntsman Mini no longer registers any input, although the lighting effects work. Is the keyboard connected directly to the PC or through a USB hub?
Have you tried different USB ports to rule out port-related issues? To address the issue with the keyboard not registering input, follow these steps below:

1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC instead of using a USB hub, which can cause connectivity issues.
2. Try different USB ports on your PC to rule out a faulty port.
3. Check for and install any available Windows updates that might resolve compatibility or driver issues.
4. Update the firmware of your keyboard.
5. Close all Razer Synapse and other keyboard configuration software to see if they are causing the issue.
6. If closing Razer Synapse resolves the issue, uninstall keyboard driver and then perform a clean reinstall of the Razer Synapse software.
7. Perform hard reset:
   a. Unplug the keyboard.
   b. Press and hold "Escape", "Caps Lock", and the space bar.
   c. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
   d. Release all keys.
