Tatarus V2 not able to bind keys / Not working on Surface Pro 11

Hello,

 

My Tatarus V2 will not work on my new Surface Pro 11 Snapdragon X Elite. Chroma works and Synapses recognized the device. However, it is unable to bind keys. I’ve tried reinstalling and recreating profiles, and it still won’t work. Please help.

    I have the same problem 
    Windows  11 ARM - Snapdragon X Elite 

    Razer Synapse 3 - doesnt not find connected devices
    Razer Synapse 4 - assigned shortcuts do not work

    Same. SP11... Have submitted a ticket. Has anyone else got a response / acknowledgement from them?
