Taxer black widow key issue

Hi all I just got a new keyboard the razor blackwidow v3 pro and when I use any of the top line letter keys it adds all the letters in a diagonal line like if I press e it will automatically write erdc If I do the letter y it writes yuhn Any help I have tried all updates and uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck thanks shane

    Did you check if the behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.
