I must express my profound disappointment with the technical support I have received from a company of such magnitude. The fact that a major player in the industry would take months to respond and still not offer a solution to my mouse connectivity problem is truly disheartening. This level of service was certainly not expected from a renowned company. Adding to the frustration, even the live chat support, which is typically touted for its responsiveness, has been unavailable. It's disconcerting to find myself in a situation where the support channels that are supposed to provide assistance are not only delayed but also inaccessible. I truly hope for a swift resolution to this issue, as the prolonged inconvenience is far from satisfactory.
