Hello, I have Ryzer Synapse and 7.1 surround applications, and although I entered my password correctly, it does not open, I renew the password and it does not enter again. My accounts are blocked at the moment, please, I need an urgent update.

Same thing here. Only happened recently, been using these headphones for years. 6/14/23. Some weird ERROR_EMILY (seriously) or check network access.

To be fair, I love these headphones and they’ve worked 7.1 flawlessly for years UNTIL today, and with this many people experiencing it - clearly it’s on their end. Don’t return the headphones IMO.

As I reported it down I will report that it is back up and normal for me - hope everyone else gets back in, too. Thanks to Razer for fixing so quickly.
Solved
The Razer server appeared to be down for multiple hours yesterday, which caused login issues for many, though it’s obviously been fixed since.
