Hello,

I wanted to share a short story about my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset, which I bought right after its release in 2016. Over the years, it has been my reliable companion – I’ve spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours gaming, traveling, working, and communicating online with it.

Most importantly – it never let me down. The sound quality was always excellent, the voice tone perfect, and the microphone worked flawlessly. I replaced the ear cushions twice due to normal wear, but other than that, the headset held up like a tank – durable and reliable.

Sadly, in March this year, the cable started to fail – the connection cuts out, and there’s interference. It’s the first serious issue I’ve had after nearly nine years of use, which I understand is totally normal for a product that’s been used this much.

I’m not writing to make a complaint or request a warranty – I simply wanted to say thank you for the quality. It’s rare these days to find hardware that lasts this long and performs so well throughout.

I’d love to continue using Razer gear in the future, as I’ve truly grown to trust and enjoy your products – but unfortunately, at the moment, I can’t afford to invest in new equipment.

Still, I remain a fan of the brand, and I hope to return to your ecosystem again one day ❤.
