I spent 1800 euro to buy a razer laptop pc. Happy I received it but here after 3 week I realize that the screen has a big pixel problem.



So I contacted customer service who told me that it is only guaranteed for 14 days. Too bad ... In short I send the pc back (so there is nothing to work on) and therefore it replaces the screen. I decide to pack the screen well with a nice razer pouch that I bought.



Here I find a fedex box placed on the ground in front of my house. no calls anything ... Inside my computer (without my razer sleeve) in a simple cardboard box (LOL) folded in half.



So GG razer you are a real professional.



Thanks for wasting my time and money.
