I updated to newer version then all settings are gone. The sound does not working properly. Settings do not change anything about the sound. Help us!

Footsteps are waaaaaay to loud!
- delete and install the drivers → fixed the problem
- Testing to reinstall program → update wil come!

I’m lucky I had a restore point from two days ago. The one from this morning, prior to the Razer update, didn’t fix anything.
I will never update this software again! Block all connections on firewall.
Same problem when can we expect a fix?

How does one delete and reinstall the drivers?
I posted this in another area so in case you guys didn’t see that it looks like it’s the way they are going, I do not see where to turn on the THX in their settings as suggested, it’s just that tab that does nothing..

Device Manager >>» Control Sound, Video and video games
“dubbelclick” on Razer sound device!
Go to “driver” section and take DELETE DEVICE
After that unplug the headset restart computer en plug in Headset or device.
Windows drivers will be installed and the device works perfectly!

So I have a problem with Nari Ultimate after todays razer synapse update.. Every time they are plugged my whole audio system crashes and I have no sound.. I tried to install new drivers, nothing happened.. Plz tell me this is a bug cuz I am going crazy

I just updated synapse yesterday, also have a Nari. I’m having the same problem as several others in this thread with all my custom profiles being gone. Additionally, the EQ balance and audio quality is way off from what it was. The range seems more limited overall, and I can barely hear character voices.
I’m also having problems with lighting profiles randomly switching to default, and even cutting off completely on my OG Huntsman and Deathadder. Done with Razer permanently after this experiment.
