The best way to clone and restore drivers? | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

I got my Razer Blade advanced 15 4k and the best way to clone to a larger disk is using clonezilla/rescuezilla. Both offers different options that includes one to fit the partition into the larger disk in case you want to use entire disk or if you want to use the rest of your disk as an extra partition.

I’ve tried other solutions like AOMEI that doesn’t really work.

but what if I just reinstall from zero windows 11 or 10, how can I restore the drivers and restore the battery life?

You can just install clean OS (download windows ISO directly from microsoft) or download OS recovery image from Razer (these should be with all drivers included): https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5997/~/how-to-download-the-recovery-image-for-your-razer-blade-laptop

For disk cloning & resizing I had good experience with Acronis software.

Oh I did not use acronis but for example AOMEI fails because the system is live so that’s why clonezilla or acronis i think get succeed.

I would like to know where to get the drivers and how necessary is to install synapse or any other razer software after use a microsoft windows official image?

It is not necessary to install Synapse, but then you’ll loose some functionality on Razer Blade.

Most drivers should automatically install through Windows Update.
