The Flux V2 has only been in use for about two days, and the issue has been present since the beginning.

The mouse is a NAGA V2 PRO. The firmware is updated, the connection is stable, and there are no recognition issues. The mouse lights up as if it's charging, but in reality, it's not—the battery slowly continues to drain.

I’m not sure what the problem is. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Please verify that you have the latest Synapse 4 version, 4.0.86.2508050339, and the corresponding Chroma version, 4.0.63.2508050337. Try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please reinstall the Razer Synapse 4 and see how it goes. Otherwise, send me a video showing the issue and the serial number of the device. You can upload the file to any online hosting site, like Google Drive or Imgur, then paste the shareable link in your PM.
