The activation code you sent me does not work. I am trying to activate 7.1 surround sound, but it says this code is invalid. I won’t share it here, but if you need it, I can send it upon request. I cannot request a new code. What should I do? There was no code in the box, and the code requested by email turned out to be invalid. I solved this issue. It turned out that TXP and Surround are different things.
