Unfortunately lot of headsets bought from aliexpress or 3rd party sellers on amazon have the same problem. Remember - new and never opened headset will not be registered by anyone.

i removed the EAR CUPS and find the serial number its not fake for me , the serial number write on the box and anyone can see it please help me if you can do something , can i send my serial number on your dm to check it ?

You can contact Razer Support to check when it was registered etc. But I’d just return it - it’s the fastest way.
