"the code you have entered does not seem to be valid" razer blackshark v2x

hi, i just bought razer blackshark v2x headset, the activation code that razer gives me an erorr, “the code you have entered does not seem to be valid. please try again.” i requested for a new code but razer still sent me the same error code which gave the same error on entering it. help please

I think that you have entered the code on the wrong app. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
