The cursor of Razer Basilisisk Essential remains flashing in the upper left corner or the lower right corner.

The cursor of Razer Basilisisk Essential remains flashing in the upper left corner or the lower right corner. I can't move it. No matter how I drag the mouse, the cursor still stays at the upper left corner or the lower right corner. The left and right keys and the scroll wheel are working properly. There was no drop or collision. All of a sudden, it was just like this. What's going on here? It is hoped that professionals will help solve it.
