The mouse has been working flawlessly for almost 1.5 years when I plugged in the cable to charge it or to update the firmware. Now, however, when I connect it with the cable, the mouse does not work. But it works flawlessly wirelessly. When I connect it to my computer with the cable, it stops appearing on Synapse, and I cannot update the firmware. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I tried another cable that I was sure worked, but it still didn't work.

Hey Vythraxfaction,

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand you’re having issues with your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro when connected with a cable. Since it works wirelessly, we can narrow down the problem to the cable connection.

Please try a few steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Power cycle you mouse. Kindly unplug the mouse, turn it off, and then leave it unplugged for a few minutes. After that, plug it back in and see if it gets recognized.

2. Sometimes dust or debris can interfere with connections. Make sure the USB port and the connector on the mouse are clean.

3. Check the USB Port. Sometimes the issue might be with the USB port itself. Try plugging the cable into a different port on your computer to see if that helps.
4. Uninstall the mouse driver from the device manager and then reconnect your mouse to reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve recognition issues.

5. If the same problem persist, please test your mouse on different computer to isolate the problem.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. Have a great day!
