The BlackWidowV3Tenkeyless keyboard displays backlighting. However, the device appears as "RazerBootloader" in the device manager. When attempting to update the keyboard, it states that the current update is already installed. Is it possible to obtain a file that will update the keyboard?

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Looking forward to your response!
