The dongle USB-C isn't working on my 2022 Barracuda X (RZ04-04430100)

Hi, I bought these headphones about half a year ago, and recently the dongle broke. I checked everything I could, connected them to other devices, and tried updating them through the apps, but nothing worked.
The main problem is that I hear the connection sound, but the device can’t recognize it, and nothing appears in Device Manager.
I’m mainly interested in whether it’s possible to buy a new RC30-0403 dongle (FCC ID: RWO-RC300403) somewhere.
