The "Razer BlackShark V2 X Green" headset I ordered should have included an activation code for 7.1, but a QR code arrived and I could not find my activation code on the site the QR directed. I added the equipment from Razer's site to find the code myself and it gave me a code, but when I entered this code for akitavson I got the following error "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.

I think you entered it on the THX Spatial Audio software. I’ll double-check. What specific headset do you have? Let me know via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it in our database. Do include your activation code for proper documentation.
