I understand you're having trouble registering your Razer BlackShark V2 X to your Razer ID. Your activation code is usually located on a scratch card inside the packaging as mentioned here. If this card is missing, or the code appears to have been used, I recommend reaching out to the reseller for a replacement or refund. Note that product registration mainly helps with warranty. It's also important that the purchase was made through an authorized Razer resellers to ensure the authenticity of your product. Razer devices bought from non-authorized dealers can be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
