Good evening. I bought headphones from your company, Razer, from Kazakhstan. The headphones are not registered, it says that they have already been registered. Although we did not register the serial Can you see who they were registered to and how we could re-register them? Thank you very much for your help.

I understand that your Razer headset have been previously registered. May I ask what is your device model and where did you purchase it? Kindly note that product registration is primarily for warranty purposes and activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as mentioned in this article. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I suggest you contact the seller for a refund or replacement. Ensure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to make sure your Razer device is genuine. Note that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.

You can send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify the information. Upload the file via Google Drive and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so we can access the file. Thank you!
