The headset microphone doesn't work in games.

The microphone on the headphones doesn't work. I have some RAZER Kraken V3 HyperSense headphones that have a microphone but the microphone doesn't work in games. I've done everything I know, I'm waiting for a response from you. Thank you!

I understand that you’re having an issue with the microphone on your Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense, where it’s not working properly during gameplay. 

To help narrow this down, could you please let me know via PM if the microphone issue occurs in specific games only, or if it also happens in other applications such as Discord, Zoom, Windows Voice Recorder, or in your system’s sound settings? Is the microphone not picking up any sound at all, or is it picking up sound but other people cannot hear you? To help us move forward more efficiently and avoid repeating any steps you’ve already tried, could you please enumerate all the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed so far? This information will help determine whether the issue is game-specific or system-wide.
