The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device

Bough razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) and tried to connect to synapse, but, it didn’t work. Then i check audio and saw how my headset was connected as usb audio speakers. How can i solve this? I tried to connect dongle to another pc and there was same problem.

sadly, no. And i don’t think what it can be solved by your own, but, i can only hope for support to respond

Same issue and can’t connect to razer synapse no matter what version.
