I understand that you encountered an error while trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using your activation code. One probable cause for this issue to happen is that you installed THX Spatial Audio instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. To resolve teh issue, please download the 7.1 Surround Sound software and follow the steps in this guide article to successfully set up the surround sound. For more details and FAQ’s, please refer to FiszPL post here. If the same error persists, PM me the device serial number and screenshot showing the error so I can check. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed link. Thanks!
