Yesterday I bought a pair of Blackshark V2 x USB headphones, registered them, and received a code shown in the attached image. I'm not sure if anyone from technical support can help me, as the store where I bought them says they could give me another code to activate 7.1 surround sound.

I would also appreciate it if you could share your proof of purchase for the device. You can upload the file via Google Drive and set the sharing permission to "Anyone with the link" so I can access it. I look forward to your response.
