I've just bought a razer Kraken V3 Hypersense and everything was fine until I realized that the microphone wasn't the same as the one on the product sheet.
I'd like to know if this is normal (which I don't think it is) and be reimbursed for it, or have the correct pickup sent to me.
The quality of the microphone is lower than I expected and it bothers me to go from a better headset to a worse one.
