I bought Razer barracuda x chroma white edition, the problem I face is the other side person can't hear me during phone and whatsApp calls, please help

    I understand that you are having an microphone issues with your Razer Barracuda X Chroma where in it is not picking up your voice. 


    Could you please clarify if this issue only occurs on specific apps, such as phone calls and WhatsApp, or if this happens across all communication applications? If the issue is only caused by specific apps, please enumerate all of them so I can properly isolate the issue.

    Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
