The problem with mice

For some reason, the mouse works with a wire, but without a wire, it just disappears every second and the computer doesn't pick it up, even though it worked fine before (the drivers are all new, and I don't know what the problem is). Please help me if you've encountered a similar issue.

Hi buzzVioletRYBsite966,

What is your mouse model? Also, have you tried plugging the wireless dongle into a different USB port or testing it on another computer? does the same issue happen there as well? In the meantime, please try these steps:

  1. Remove and reinsert the dongle into a different USB port (preferably directly on the laptop/PC, not a hub).
  2. Turn the mouse off and on and make sure it’s switched to the correct wireless mode (2.4 GHz vs Bluetooth, if applicable).
  3. Temporarily disable any USB power-saving settings in your OS and check if the mouse still disconnects.

If the issue persists, please PM me your mouse model, device serial number, and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. You can also save the sharable file (proof of purchase) on Google Drive and share the link in your PM.
