The problem with Razer Synapse

Good afternoon, I have another problem with my Razer Kraken 7.1 v2... Some games don't have sound like Hearthstone, Rocket League and maybe some other games. When I started to figure out what the problem might be, I found out that the Razer Synapse software did not display applications or games in the mixer where you could adjust the volume. Just because people in blizzard support asked me to do it, uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it didn't help. Although it is worth to connect some other equipment, the sound appears in my case it is a small speaker, but I need to work with the headphones I bought. So I'm asking for your help with this problem. Also, if Razer Synapse starts to calibrate the sound in the headphones, there is also no sound in the headphones, although I remember there was the noise of the helicopter's screws when calibrating
