Today I bought a Blackshark v2 x headset and when I went to register I received the message that the product is already reregistered I saw in some topics that several people had this same problem, how do I solve it? If no one can help me I will be returning the phone.

Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't recognize it in Synapse but I saw some people saying that only the one with the USB connection is recognized, this is true  ?
