Hello Razer Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register it to my Razer ID account, I receive an error message saying that the product has already been registered.

Here are the details:

  • Product: Razer BlackShark V2 X

I am the legitimate owner of this product and would like to register it under my account. Could you please help me resolve this issue and release the serial number so I can complete the registration?

The activation code for your device is typically located on a scratch card inside the packaging, as mentioned here. . If it's missing or has already been used, it would be best to contact the reseller for a potential refund. Always ensure that you purchase your Razer products from authorized dealers to confirm their authenticity. Products from unauthorized sellers might be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or fall under gray market items.
