The product is already registered. Blackshark V2 X

Dear Razer Support Team,

I have bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X Headset from Shopee Malaysia.
I unbox the product and wish to register the product. Following the instruction, I opened left headset leather cover to check Serial no. After I click “Add” in the register site, it says product is already been registered.

I wish to verify if this is a genuine Razor Product. I already wrote an email to support-us@razersupport.com

If yes, this is a genuine product, may I have some solution to register my product? Secondly, to get the activation code for THX spatial audio for free.
