Hello,

I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2X and encountered an issue while trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound. When I attempted to register my headset, I received a red warning message stating, "The Product is Already Registered. Please contact support."

I wanted to reach out to seek assistance with resolving this matter. Could you kindly guide me on how to proceed?
