Hello I just bought a razer blackshark but unfortunately when i tried to register it to activate the 7.1 virtual sound it says that "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" I hope that you can help me in this problem thank youu

Please note that product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as mentioned here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller for a refund. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
