Hello Razer Team,

Good day! I got the Blackshark V2 X Headset as a gift from my friend recently. I wanted to enable the 7.1 surround sound for which I needed the activation code. The problem is when I went to register the product via my Razer ID, I got the prompt saying “The product is already registered. Contact the Razer support.”

My friend didn’t claim the activation code I confirmed. Please help.
